Our founders started their journeys as remote workers for North America–based companies. Along the way, they discovered two major challenges: talented professionals in Nicaragua struggling to find real, trustworthy opportunities, and business owners abroad unsure who they could trust behind the screen.
That experience inspired us to build a better way.
